At the same time, there is pressure to maintain relationships amid the pressure to perform:
- I do not want to risk ruining relationships with co-founders;
- I have a brilliant developer; I do not want to lose the person in case I tell about my real expectations;
- I want to be seen as peoples-person, lovable and fun to be around (not pushy or autocratic).
But you know, that without those conversations, you are toast.
And yet, most people have learned again and again, that when I tell others what I really think, it makes them upset and defensive.
And things get worse.
In This Workshop, You Will:
- Work on a mini-case around difficult conversations.
- Get to know the ultimate tools to make those conversations work.
- Practice those tools in action – solving your own real-life case and having a difficult conversations without being a jerk. You will be surprised how easy it actually is!
